Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Conway, AR
Join the DBS Laredo family as an experienced Solo CDL A driver in Conway, AR, and become a part of our dry van fleet. We prioritize steady freight, excellent pay, and reliable home time while respecting and supporting our drivers.
Your Duties Include:
- Safely deliver freight to customers in a timely manner.
- Comply with all relevant transportation regulations.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum experience in operating dry vans.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
