Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% of our operations being drop and hook. This significantly reduces dock waiting times and improves overall efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on their hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base pay is $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, our routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
