Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy Description
HMD Trucking is looking for dedicated team CDL A drivers in Coventry, RI to run dry van freight across the U.S.
Earnings & Incentives:
- 77¢ per mile split; roughly 5,000 miles weekly
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals
Role Focus:
- Drive under-3-year-old tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters
- Conduct on-time, regulation-compliant deliveries
- Keep thorough logs and cargo checks
