Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are handled with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly income ranging from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can become eligible for dedicated accounts.
