Home Time:

• Enjoy 3-4 weeks of driving followed by 4-5 days at home, balancing work and family time effectively.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort during long trips.

Freight Handling:

• Handle 100% no-touch dry van freight across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Compensation and Miles:

• Average earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 each week with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• OTR routes throughout all 48 states, featuring diverse dry van freight opportunities, including specialized East Coast and Pacific Northwest routes.

Benefits:

• 1099 independent contractor status with a passenger policy for those over 18 at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
