Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive to provide weekly home time, although some two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks, all under three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with proper secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are 100% no-touch freight, with 70% of operations being drop and hook, significantly cutting down on dock waiting times. Our primary cargo consists of automotive loads for efficient transport.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a performance bonus of $750 monthly ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, offering dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week, with stable freight lanes ensuring consistent mileage and income.

Benefits: Health insurance kicks in on the first of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, you'll qualify for dedicated accounts.
