Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time; however, some drivers may have 2-week periods. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet, no older than three years, includes Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive products, and feature 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. Base rates vary from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days of employment. We offer additional benefits such as vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
