Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is composed of trucks no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We handle 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the month following 60 days of service, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. After 90 days, you'll be eligible for dedicated accounts.
