Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads with 70% drop-and-hook operations reduce dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range between $1,350 and $1,600 weekly depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles each week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
