Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Dayton, OH
DBS is actively seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dry van fleet in Dayton. We prioritize our drivers’ needs by offering consistent freight and ensuring you’re home regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain compliance with traffic laws.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
