Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR role with attractive pay and state-of-the-art equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and less than three years old, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, assuming secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles logged weekly. Our base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, supplemented by a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first day of the month after 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Employees become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
