Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking being the driver's responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All of our dry van loads are managed with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on the hiring location, with weekly mileages of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance commences on the first of the month following 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
