Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Decatur, AL
DBS is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dedicated dry van fleet. We provide steady freight, competitive compensation, and consistent home time, ensuring our drivers are supported and respected.
Responsibilities Include:
- Timely and safe delivery of freight.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate logs of deliveries.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Experience in dry van driving is preferred.
- A strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
