Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Delaware City, DE
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage compensation starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages reaching around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
