Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Des Moines, IA
Join DBS Laredo as a Solo CDL A driver in Des Moines, where we are looking for experienced drivers to enhance our dry van fleet. We promise consistent freight, competitive pay, and dependable home time while ensuring our drivers receive the respect and support they deserve.
Responsibilities Include:
- Transporting goods safely and efficiently.
- Complying with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Proven driving experience with a clean record.
- A commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
