Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Des Moines, IA
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced Dry Van Company Driver and navigate freight across the nation. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly average miles of around 5,000. Additional bonuses are available for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum 12 months of driving experience required.
- Strong focus on safety and reliability.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
