Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some may have 2-week periods. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is carefully maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Enjoy the benefits of 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: We operate primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
