Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Detroit Lakes, MN
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
Our Offerings Include:
- Access to modern trucks less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support for your convenience.
- Home every three weeks, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
