Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Dorchester, MA

Home Time:

• Enjoy 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Operate our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort.

Freight Operations:

• Experience 100% no-touch freight operations handling dry van loads across the U.S., including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay Structure:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,600 to $1,800, with a competitive $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first ten weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Engage in OTR driving covering all 48 states, presenting diverse freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

• W2 independent contractor position with no-cost passenger policy for individuals 18 years and older. A pet policy is also available, requiring a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
