Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Dorchester, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a fulfilling W2 opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide exceptional driving positions with dry van routes covering all 48 states, ensuring significant earning potential as a valued team member.
Home Time:
- Enjoy 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort.
Freight Operations:
- Experience 100% no-touch freight operations handling dry van loads across the U.S., including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay Structure:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,600 to $1,800, with a competitive $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first ten weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.
Running Area:
- Engage in OTR driving covering all 48 states, presenting diverse freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.
Benefits:
- W2 independent contractor position with no-cost passenger policy for individuals 18 years and older. A pet policy is also available, requiring a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
