Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Dothan, AL
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with weekly averages of around 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- In-house maintenance support for reliability.
- Home every two weeks to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
