Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Join HMD to operate OTR solo dry van runs originating from Dothan, AL. You’ll run nationwide lanes, manage load securement, and deliver freight safely and on schedule while working with a driver-first team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain dry van tractor-trailers on long-haul routes.
- Complete accurate logs/ELD entries and pre/post-trip inspections.
- Ensure cargo is secured and comply with DOT/FMCSA and company safety standards.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A with at least 12 months verifiable experience and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to run national OTR routes; home approximately every two weeks.
