Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Dover, NH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split

Join forces with a co-driver to deliver dry van freight across the U.S., based out of Dover, NH.
Position Highlights:
- Operate tandem dry van tractors
- Navigate long-haul routes safely
- Perform inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage delivery documentation and schedules
Our fleet features trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleeper amenities, backed by dedicated maintenance. Drivers start at 77¢ per mile (split) and average 5,000 weekly miles, plus bonuses for safe operation and clean inspections. Home every three weeks and enjoy comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits. CDL A and 12+ months’ experience required.
