Become a part of our team as a Dry Van Company Driver in Dubuque, IA. We are looking for experienced drivers equipped to travel all 48 states with consistent miles and compensation.

Benefits of This Position:

• Pay ranges from $0.67 cpm W2 to $0.70 cpm 1099.
• Average weekly pay from $1500.00 to $1800.00.
• Work with dry van and live loads.
• Weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• 3 weeks working on the road followed by 1 week at home.
• Drive our fleet of 2023 and newer Cascadias, limited to 70 MPH.
• We cover the flight and hotel for the road test and orientation.
• Pet-friendly environment at no extra cost.
• Passengers over 18 are welcome for a $30 weekly fee.
