Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Duluth, MN

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a fulfilling independent contractor role with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home to enjoy quality time with loved ones.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort during long hauls.

Freight Operations:

• Work with dry van freight ensuring 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including key routes in major areas.

Pay and Benefits:

• Average weekly earnings between $1,600 and $1,800, with a competitive pay structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop.
• Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus distributed over the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year-end.

Running Area:

• Operate OTR with diverse dry van opportunities covering all 48 states.

Additional Benefits:
