Based in Durham, NC, you'll operate OTR dry-van lanes nationwide, transporting freight safely and on schedule. HMD provides strong mileage pay starting at 65¢/mi, typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles, and performance bonuses for safety and clean inspections.

What you'll do:

Safely operate dry van tractor-trailers on long-haul runs across states.
Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs and paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch to manage routing, ETA updates, and deliveries.
Secure cargo and follow all federal and state DOT regulations.

Qualifications & equipment:

Valid CDL-A with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
Modern tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance support.
Home approximately every two weeks and access to full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
