Home Time: Drivers typically are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We prioritize weekly home time, although some two-week periods may occur. Our schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet includes trucks no older than three years, such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We handle 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Most of our freight consists of automotive goods for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes mainly extend east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers the potential to cover 3,000 miles weekly. Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
