Home Time:

• Generally out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
• We aim for weekly home time, but some two-week periods may occur.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner.
• Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times.
• 100% no-touch freight, mainly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,600, depending on your hiring location.
• Drivers typically cover 2,500-2,800 miles each week.
• Base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35 with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days.

• Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
