Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - East Providence, RI
HMD Trucking is hiring skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer attractive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages close to 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our Offerings:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping accommodations.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks to recharge.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- A valid CDL A license.
- A minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience.
- A focus on safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
