Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, though two-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly pay ranges from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
