Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some may have 2-week stretches. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, featuring models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with:

• Inverters
• Refrigerators
• Qualcomm systems Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We manage dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly cuts down on dock wait times. All freight is no-touch, primarily automotive loads for efficient handling.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, our dedicated drivers have the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
