Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate nationwide dry van routes from Eden Prairie, MN, delivering freight safely and on schedule while representing HMD with professional customer service. Drive late-model tractors (under 3 years) outfitted with APUs, inverters and sleepers and rely on in-house maintenance to reduce downtime and keep you moving.
Daily responsibilities:
- Safely operate and secure dry van loads across interstate routes.
- Maintain accurate trip records, logs and delivery paperwork.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle care.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routing and on-time deliveries.
Qualifications & compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable experience.
- Pay starts at 65 CPM with strong weekly miles and safety/referral bonuses.
