HMD Trucking is on the lookout for seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers ready to transport freight across the nation. We provide impressive mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM. Expect to cover about 2,500 miles weekly, with opportunities for bonuses through safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Our drivers benefit from state-of-the-art trucks that are less than three years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, as well as the assurance of dependable in-house maintenance. You'll enjoy home time every two weeks, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
