Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
• Weekly home time is our goal, though occasional 2-week stretches may occur.
• Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Drive our well-kept fleet, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All vehicles come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight with all dry van loads primarily consisting of automotive products, ensuring efficient operations and reduced dock waiting times with 70% drop and hook operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on your hiring location.
• Expect to drive between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Focus primarily on routes east of I-35 with dedicated drivers having potential to log up to 3,000 miles per week.
• Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.

• Become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days of service.
