Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

What You’ll Do:
- Operate as a team on cross-country routes
- Maintain high safety standards to earn bonuses
- Participate in referral programs for extra income
Equipment & Maintenance:
- Sub-3-year trucks equipped with APUs, inverters & sleeper berths
- Reliable in-house maintenance to ensure uptime
Pay & Benefits:
- 77¢ per mile split, ~5,000 miles weekly
- Home every two weeks on scheduled rotations
- Health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits
