Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but occasionally 2-week periods may be necessary. Our work schedules run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with a mileage range of 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, and you can earn a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, and dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. We ensure consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
