Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR position with competitive compensation and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming they maintain secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, and 70% of our operations involve drop and hook, minimizing dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with driving miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 weekly. Our base pay is between .45 and .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially reaching 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
