Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling independent contractor role with exceptional pay and state-of-the-art equipment? American Trucking Group offers W2 positions with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, providing ample earning potential. Home Time: Experience 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods complemented by quality time with family.

Equipment: Drive our modern fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight: All operations involve 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states, including routes through the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles: Earn between $1,600 and $1,800 each week with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, disbursed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, alongside a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area: Our OTR coverage includes all 48 states, offering a variety of refrigerated freight opportunities and specialized routes for optimal earning potential.

Benefits: This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for individuals 18+, free of charge, and a pet policy with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition.
