OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Elizabethtown, KY by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Your Responsibilities:
- Safely run OTR solo routes and maintain accurate logs and ELD records.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure cargo, and handle basic load tasks.
- Communicate with dispatch, follow routing instructions, and report equipment issues promptly.
Equipment includes late-model tractors (under three years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus in-house maintenance support. Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, bonus programs, biweekly home time, and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
