Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet that is no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times. Our primary loads consist of automotive freight for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with anticipated weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Our primary running area is east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
