Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate nationwide dry van runs for HMD out of Elkhorn, NE, in late-model tractors built for driver comfort and uptime. This solo OTR position focuses on safe, timely deliveries and strong coordination with dispatch and maintenance teams.
Core tasks:
- Drive assigned dry van routes over the road, maintain accurate logs and compliance with federal regulations.
- Handle load securement, delivery coordination, and timely communication with the home office.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and follow up with in-house maintenance as needed.
Compensation & perks:
- Starting pay at 65 CPM, weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
- Trucks under three years with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, home every two weeks, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
Requirements: CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
