Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occasionally occur. Your schedule will run Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take the truck and trailer home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduces dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily running east of I-35, with the potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
