Home Time: You will typically be out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight demands. While we strive for weekly home time, 2-week stretches may happen. Your schedule will be from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring responsible secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly cuts down on dock waiting times. We provide 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for smooth operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. Your base pay will be .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following your 60-day period. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts may be available after 90 days.
