Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook, minimizing dock waiting times. 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, you qualify for dedicated accounts.
