OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Erie, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key responsibilities:
- Operate safely across long-distance routes and meet delivery timelines.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and secure shipments.
- Maintain precise logs and coordinate with dispatch.
Pay, equipment & perks: Starting pay of 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus safety/inspection/referral bonuses. Modern tractors under three years come with APUs, inverters, and sleepers; reliable in-house maintenance and biweekly home time. Health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan are offered.
Requirements: CDL-A license and at least 12 months verifiable experience.
