Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Essex Junction, VT
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Essex Junction. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported.

Your Role Will Include:
- Safely transporting goods to their destinations.
- Adhering to all driving regulations.
- Keeping accurate trip and delivery records.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Experience as a solo driver preferred.
- A commitment to safety and dependability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
