Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy Description
Join HMD Trucking’s Essex Junction, VT fleet as an experienced solo CDL A Dry Van operator.
Cover coast-to-coast freight routes in late-model equipment featuring APUs, inverters, and rec-ready sleepers.
What You’ll Handle:
- Safe, efficient load deliveries
- Daily inspections and log upkeep
- Clear communication with ops team
Perks: 65 CPM base pay, weekly mile averages of 2,500, safety and clean-inspection bonuses, referral rewards, home every three weeks, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
