Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be instances of 2-week periods. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-kept trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, giving drivers the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base pay will be .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
