Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though some drivers may have 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is carefully maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each vehicle is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, mainly comprising automotive loads for streamlined operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. Drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
