Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some drivers may experience 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
