Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occasionally be necessary. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained with vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for increased efficiency.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you can qualify for dedicated accounts.
