Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, although some drivers may be out for two weeks. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy the ease of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with about 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing time spent waiting at docks.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your hiring location, with a potential of 2,500 to 2,800 miles each week. The base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes are located east of I-35, with opportunities for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
