Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Fargo, ND

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver dry van freight across 48 states.
• Follow all federal and state regulations while maintaining delivery documentation.
• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home to enjoy with family.

Equipment:

• Drive our 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to enhance your comfort.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. Enjoy a $1,500 sign-on bonus, distributed as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Benefits:

• W2 independent contractor status with a no-cost passenger policy for those 18 and older. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit.
